Before joining The Innovation Factory, Mr. Waite founded PrimeVision Health, Inc., a business management company for eye care medical practices. He served as CEO/President and Chairman until the company was sold. Under his leadership, PrimeVision attained annual revenues of $130 million in 1998. Mr. Waite also co-founded HealthTech, a leading provider of outpatient cardiology services in the US, where he served as COO until the company was sold. Mr. Waite holds an MBA in Finance and a BA in Biology from Wake Forest University. |
